This coffee comes from La Victoria, a 47-hectare farm in Ortega, Tolima, owned by Aristobulo Rayo Mendez. Only 8 of those hectares are planted with coffee — the rest includes 10 hectares of preserved land. That’s a lot of space left for nature, and honestly, we respect that.

From the coffee side of the farm, Aristobulo is growing some top-tier stuff: Castillo, Caturra, and Gesha. We went for the Gesha — grown at 1,830 meters and processed using the washed method.

Aristobulo is also part of Café Agrario, a group of producers working closely with Siruma, the export company supporting them with workshops on processing and agronomy. It’s the kind of partnership that focuses on long-term quality and sustainability — and it shows.

We’re really happy to be able to share this lot with you. It’s a special one, from a producer who’s clearly doing things with care and purpose.

Transparency.
