Coffee

All coffees are sold as whole beans only. We do not offer a decaf option. 

We recommend grinding the necessary dose of coffee before each consumption to minimise the oxidising. That said, if you do not have a grinder or an espresso machine with automatic grinding, we recommend you get a grinder. 

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns of coffee beans as this is a fresh, perishable product, and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order.

You’re eligible to return products bought online (except coffee) within 7 calendar days of delivery.

For a full refund, the products must be intact, unopened and in original packaging. If the product has been used, we have the right to refuse your return. The customer is responsible for all expenses in connection with the return.
Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

We cannot offer a refund for undelivered or delayed parcels as this is the customer’s risk by choosing standard shipping, without a tracking number, at checkout. The risk for the product transfers to you as a customer when the package is handed over to the freight company. Therefore, we recommend you to use tracking that is offered with our freight services

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us and provide your name, email, and order number along with any changes you might have.

If we have already processed or shipped your order it will no longer be possible to change your order. In this case please refer to our return policy.

Sumo Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel orders without subject to notice on account of typos, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items.

Coffee is roasted to order. Expect orders to be packed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and internal delays, there’s a chance your order may not arrive on the initially estimated date.

Sometimes, delivery time can take up to 20 business days, depending on the end location and chosen delivery method.

For faster, guaranteed delivery, please choose DHL at checkout.

We ship in Ireland and Europe and offer both standard shipping and express shipping. To calculate your shipping cost, please add the desired products in the cart, proceed to the checkout and fill in your address: the cart will then update and show you the shipping cost.

In rare cases, delivery time can take up to 20 business days with AnPost Standard Untracked.

When you place an order with our Standard delivery options, your order will be handled by AnPost in Ireland and then handed over to the local postal service depending on your destination. 

Our shipping partners do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
