This is our in-house Christmas mix built from four Colombian varieties we love working with: Gesha, SL28, Caturra and Pacamara. We roast them together to keep things fun and a little unpredictable, so depending on how you brew it, different parts of the blend step forward. Think of it as a liquid advent calendar - a new little surprise in every cup, but always within that cosy, festive comfort zone that makes you want to go back for another brew.
