Finca Inmaculada is one of the standout names in Colombia when it comes to rare varieties and precise processing. Over the years, their lots have become a benchmark in the competition and micro-lot world, known for consistency, clarity, and an almost obsessive attention to detail.

This honey-processed Geisha shows exactly what Inmaculada does best: elegance, precision, and a clean expression of the varietal. By leaving part of the mucilage on the bean during drying, the honey process enhances sweetness and builds a rounder, silkier texture, without masking the delicate characteristics of the coffee. The result is a bright, structured cup with a layered kind of complexity.

In the cup, it stays true to Geisha: floral, delicate, and refined. There’s a clean sweetness running through it, a well-placed acidity, and a long, clear finish. It’s the kind of coffee that keeps revealing small details with every sip.

For us, this lot is a perfect example of the Inmaculada philosophy - intensity doesn’t come from pushing the process, but from control, selection, and precision.

Based in the Andes near Cali, in the Pichindé area at 1,750–2,000 masl, Inmaculada has built a reputation as one of the most forward-thinking producers in specialty coffee. Since 2010, the Holguin family has focused on cultivating rare and exotic varieties such as Geisha, Sudan Rume, Eugenoides, and Laurina, while combining advanced processing techniques with careful hand selection and sustainable farming practices.
