A 0.15mm thick, high density, one-side crepe filter works optimally at a temperature of 92℃.
No crepe inside the paper filter, with a small inside surface area. Fine coffee powders attach within this small area, allowing little to no path for water when building up inside the paper filters. By building up water, aroma shines out. Thanks to the outside crepe, the coffee comes out smoothly. Because its paper density is high, almost all fine powder is efficiently removed, resulting in a perfectly clean cup of coffee.
