The mineral concentrates can be used in two main ways:
- Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
Pre-brewing:
Start with demineralised or soft water. Add 3 - 4 grams of your chosen APAX LAB mineral concentrate per litre of water.
Post-brewing:
Add a few drops directly into the brewed coffee - typically between 1 and 10 drops, depending on whether you’re preparing espresso or filter coffee.
