This is our in-house mix built from two Colombian varieties we love working with: Striped Bourbon and Pacamara. We roast them together to keep things fun and a little unpredictable, so depending on how you brew it, different parts of the blend step forward. A new little surprise in every cup.
 
Cupping notes: Chocolate, red fruit jam, citrus
