This limited-quantity lot of the Gesha Santuario Reserve—Competition Series, a unique and rare offering, was specially processed by Paul for Daniel as an alternative option for him to use on the World Brewers Cup Championship stage in Chicago. It is one of the most delicious Carbonic Maceration-Processed geshas we have ever had, and we are beyond excited to have the opportunity to share its exceptional taste with you.

Mikava was the first coffee we sourced and sold on our offering when we opened our doors, and we are buzzing with excitement that they are back!

In 2019, Mikava made history as the first natural coffee to win the Colombian Cup of Excellence, scoring a record-breaking total.

Meet the farmer.

Deep in the Colombian Andes, a haven where passion and perfection intertwine: Mikava Coffee Farm. But at Mikava, coffee is more than just coffee—it's an experience. It starts with the perfect environment: a farm surrounded by protected forests nurtured by rain showers, thunderstorms, and cooling breezes. This unique setting produces exceptionally rare, distinctive, and award-winning coffees you won't find anywhere else.

Founded by the dynamic duo of coffee and wine enthusiasts Paul Doyle and his son Kevin, this family-run venture is a testament to their lifelong dedication and love for the craft. On their vast 14-acre paradise, Paul and Kevin meticulously select only the finest coffee cherries from various trees, including Bourbon, Typica, and Ethiopian Heirlooms, among others.

But it doesn't stop there. The Doyle family's unwavering commitment to excellence infiltrates every aspect of their process. From their innovative multi-tiered drying beds, where temperature and humidity dance in perfect harmony, to the artful carbonic maceration technique, every step is a testament to their passion and dedication.
