Some coffees are so good on their own that blending them feels almost wrong. But every now and then, curiosity gets the better of us.
 
This coffee brings together two of our favourite culturing lots from Finca Milán - 50% Niu and 50% Maypop. Both are incredibly sweet, juicy and complex on their own, but together they create a cup that's vibrant, layered and remarkably balanced.
 
Expect notes of lychee, coconut, cherry and pineapple, wrapped up in a syrupy sweetness with a clean, lingering finish.
 
Roasted as an omni roast, it's just as exciting on espresso as it is on filter, showcasing everything we love about Finca Milán's innovative fermentation and meticulous processing.
