Yellow Geisha is a unique mutation within the prized Geisha variety, where the cherries ripen to a beautiful yellow rather than the typical red. Known for its origins in Ethiopia, Geisha is celebrated globally for its delicate floral and fruity profile, often with hints of jasmine, bergamot, and tropical fruit.
